FAMILY COACHING

These are on a TBD basis based on the schedule of my coaching and ministry work.

GROUP
COACHING

I offer group coaching for parties of at least 6 people. 

  • 3-6 month duration

  • up to 4 one-hour sessions per month- on a TBD basis.

  • Customized e-mails, newsletters, handouts, simple recipes to follow*

Comes out to be $30.00/hour (per person)

*All clients will be given a binder where we will share: a copy of your agreement, your goals, your expectations from me, your "why" statement, achievements, and suggestions/techniques for attaining your goals. If weight loss is a goal I will provide a journal for charting and you will be given recipes and supplementation guidance. If mental wellness is your goal, we have workshops and tons of information and education derived from Positive Psychology and Health Psychology.

  • Specializing in family life coaching. Bringing an empathic approach to home, work and school challenges using a systematic, holistic approach in mental wellness and awareness

  • Dietary, nutrition, weight management, and supplementation consulting. Also, offer health & wellness workshops and seminars, in group settings, such as educational institutions.
